Board + Train
Our Board and Train packages are perfect for establishing foundational obedience skills, working with dogs who have behavioral concerns or young puppies who need some structure.
Your dog will learn essential commands such as sit, stay, place, and heel, all on-leash. We can provide off-Leash training as well. We provide comprehensive updates and a detailed training plan to ensure seamless integration of new behaviors at home.

Adventure Camp
Adventure Camp was created as an alternative to traditional dog boarding. Adventure Camp focuses on each dog's individual needs and helps build confidence, maintain structure and work on known obedience skills. Adventure Camp is a 4 night minimum stay and is only available to current clients of Potrerok9.

Puppy Socialization Class

Puppies need to learn how to be confident and neutral in any environment. They need to learn to sit or lay down when you stop to chat with a neighbor. They need to learn how to focus on their people when other dogs or animals are present. They do NOT need to learn how to be overly excited whenever they meet a new dog or person. Typical "puppy classes" are a free for all where puppies just run around and can start to develop poor play skills and are reinforced for interacting with other dogs and people and not their handlers. This can create over excitement in new environments which can lead to pulling on leash jumping on people and antagonizing other dogs. Our puppy class starts with an In Home consultation. We will teach you how to teach your pup some very basic skills that you will both need for practice in the real world. Our classes will take place weekly for 4 weeks. Each place we visit, will depend on where your puppy is at in training and their behavior. We will guide you if your pup gets scared, too excited or doesn't want to focus. Towards the end of the program we will allow safe appropriate play with another dog whose temperament matches best for your puppy.
